Digital Product Licensing Agreement

This Digital Product Licensing Agreement (the "Agreement") is made effective as of the date purchased, by and between Sunshine By Si LLC ("Licensor"), and the Purchaser ("Licensee"). The Licensor and Licensee may be referred to individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties."


WHEREAS, the Licensor owns a digital guide entitled "Passion-preneur's Digital Product Guide" ("Product") created by Sunshine By Si, LLC and digital course entitled "Learn & Earn Profits Online" ("Product") created by Limitless Bossability, LLC.
